Ambrosia-Timeless Hosting Hotel - Palermo

The hotel was special and overall clean everywhere. the venue location was unbeatable in the historic center. it's just off the historic center, near sights in Palermo, an entrance to the Opera Pupi next door, which is a must-see museum.

overall it was big size and exceptionally nice with a balcony. the location was magnificent and great, right by the cathedral, an entrance into the opera pupi next door and the many excellent cafes near by and next to a museum and a cathedral.

The room with a balcony was just as expected and had great amenities like coffee, tea facilities, and a fridge, and the staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly.

also, the location is great, minutes from an architecturally diverse church. the staff is being amazing and pleasant. the hotel rooms are nice with a balcony.

I stayed in a double room with a balcony that had an electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even handling the parking on-site.

This charming boutique hotel is perfectly situated in the historic heart of the city, right opposite the cathedral. the location offers a convenient base for exploring all the main attractions, with the Quattro Canti just a short walk away. the rooms are beautifully designed, providing a calm and comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. the staff go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, offering excellent service and helpful recommendations. the breakfast spreads are a true delight, featuring a variety of pastries, fruits, cheese, and meats.

I had a fantastic stay at a modern B&B in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The location was perfect for exploring historic sites and the staff were really nice too make our stay enjoyable. Santuzza Maison De Charme is highly recommended.

As young holiday goers, we loved the luxurious and spacious rooms with a cleverly placed balcony that offered views of the cathedral through mirrors. the owner Giovanni went above and beyond, arranging tickets to sights, negotiating with the rental car company, and even taking us to a fantastic restaurant after hours. the breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, pastries, and exceptional coffee. the central location of the B&B was perfect for exploring the city.

The room at Santuzza Maison De Charme was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely tile/marble floor that added a touch of elegance. I also enjoyed having my own private bathroom equipped with slippers, as it made me feel pampered during my stay. The bed linen and towels provided were clean and fresh, adding to the overall comfort of the room.

Personally, I found the electric kettle in the double room a bit unnecessary, as I prefer to enjoy my hot beverages at the nearby cafes.
